Web Producer

As a Web Producer, you will be directly responsible for assuring the quality of the product - keeping the project on time, on budget and on strategy, from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the development and production of web projects
  
• Maintain a clear vision of the direction of the project and keep the production focused in that direction
• Personal capabilities to develop, script and test HTML and management experience in building/programming Web sites (provide lists of URLs worked on and involvement)
• Ensuring project delivery on time, on budget, in process and with a high degree of quality and excellence
  
• Looking for innovative and pioneering creative and production methods
  
• Training junior staff and building the Production department
  
  

• An exceptional understanding and dedication to the interactive medium on personal and professional levels
  
• Strong leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of PC and Macintosh operating systems (additional knowledge of Unix preferred)
  
• Extensive knowledge of online services and the Web
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to estimate and track a project realistically
  
• Ability to designate tasks and responsibilities to inside and outside resources and keep them on schedule
  
• Knowledge of multiple authoring environments for all interactive platforms
  
• Creative and technical understanding and opinions of what works and what doesn't
